In the case of return of a parcel, the return costs are always charged to the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays. Any case of force majeure or fortuitous event suspends our obligations and exonerates us from any responsibility in case of late delivery or impossibility of delivery. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, without being liable for damages.
You must check the integrity of your order and all the items in it on receipt of the parcel and in the presence of the person making the delivery in order to make a reservation if necessary.
In the event that you have any doubt about the condition of the contents of the order, you are required to refuse the goods on receipt. Any product refused must be returned to the carrier in its entirety and in its original packaging.
