If you are looking for a high torque Rotary Polisher for heavy-duty polishing application, Dynabrade 51592 Electric Polisher seems perfect for you. It comes with a 6 inches / 150 mm Backing Pad, a nose cover and a side handle.

With 1450W power, this Electric Rotary Polisher offers a variable speed dial in 7 steps. During the application, you can adapt the speed effortlessly with a maximum of 2,100 RPM which is very convenient.

For better manipulation, a soft start trigger with a lock-on button are featured on the tool. In order to prevent overheating while using this Polisher, it is equipped with external accessible carbon brushes as well as thermal overload protection.

RB4

RB4 is a high-quality Rotary Polisher. It can be used for all kinds of polishing applications with its power of 1000W and its 5 inches/125 mm Backing Pad.

Electric Random Orbital Buffer ROB2

ROB2 is a 1000W Random Orbital Buffer. It includes 5 & 6 inches/125 & 150 mm Backing Pads as well as a 17 mm wrench.

Like RB4, this tool is coming with a variable 6 step speed dial. It can reach a maximum speed of 5,500 RPM which allows optimal results for buffing applications. In fact, with a 21 mm orbit, this Buffer can achieve the finest hologram-free finishes on paints and clear coats effortlessly, keeps cool the painted surfaces and generates a high-gloss surface.

Common features between 51592, RB4 & ROB2

To provide a perfect ergonomic experience to the operator, all these Electric Polishers and Buffer have a 7-meter flexible cord, which is also oil resistant. There is no problem with maneuverability since you can easily move around a car or any other large work surface.

They are also equipped with carbon brushes. Carbon brushes are an excellent choice because carbon metal is soft and won’t damage the commutator when the motor is running. It also has a high melting point and a negative temperature coefficient (NTC). When using our electric tools, even if the temperature increase, the carbon brushes allow a stable execution while reducing the electrical resistance. Finally, carbon brushes don't need lubrification. They have self-lubricating and auto shut-off properties.
